Lots of sweets, treats and cookies – it’s Holiday Season! We all can enjoy this wonderful season with healthy foods, even though you have some more cookies or sweets than usual you can reverse the outcome from these foods by eating the healthy food at the same time. If you add to your cookie(s) some blueberries, ginger or walnuts and still eat your green vegetables, have your fruits you juices, you should be fine as always when you keep track what you eat. Healthy diet is so important!
